The live tools (DNS, WHOIS, SSL, ping, port, HTTP header) query the target host from our European probe nodes, the same infrastructure that powers the monitoring. You get the unfiltered answer: full DNS records including TTL, the complete certificate chain with expiry and issuer, raw response headers with the redirect chain. No aggregated scoring, no polished summary. Client-side tools (formatters, escapers, encoders, generators) run entirely in the browser with no server round-trip, so you can use them on internal or non-public values without anything leaving your device.
