The parser follows RFC 4180: fields can be wrapped in double quotes, quotes inside a field are escaped by doubling them, and quoted fields may contain commas and line breaks. The delimiter is auto-detected (comma, semicolon or tab) or you can force one. Numbers and true/false are converted to real JSON types; empty cells become null in SQL.
