Which version of our Terms, Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy applied at which point in time.
When we supersede a version, it keeps its entry here with the period during which it applied. That way you can always look up which version was in force at which point in time, long after it stopped being current. Ask us at hello@uptimeify.io for the full text of a superseded version and we will send it to you.
The German versions are the authoritative ones (Terms Section 22.5, DPA Section 16.3).

Announced, not yet in force
The text published on those pages today is already the announced one. Until the date below, the version named above still applies, and the announced text is there so you can read it during the objection period (DPA Section 8.3 gives you four weeks' notice, Section 8.4 the right to object).
