EU fallback DNS resolver: Quad9 replaced by DNS.SB
We swapped our secondary fallback DNS resolver from Quad9 (Switzerland) to DNS.SB, operated by xTom GmbH in Germany, keeping the unfiltered, no-logging fallback fully within the EU. Our subprocessor list is updated accordingly.
