IMAP
IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) lets email clients read and manage messages stored on a mail server, keeping them in sync across devices.
Unlike POP3, IMAP keeps mail on the server, so the same inbox appears identically on phone, laptop, and webmail. IMAP monitoring confirms clients can authenticate and reach their mail.
