Keyword Monitoring
Keyword monitoring checks that a page's content contains (or does not contain) a specific word or phrase, beyond just returning a 200 status.
A server can return "200 OK" while serving an error message, a blank page, or a defacement. Watching for an expected keyword ("Add to cart") or a forbidden one ("Database error") catches failures a status-code check would miss.
