Slack Integration

Integrate Uptimeify directly into your Slack workspace to notify your team immediately about outages.

Setup

  1. Create Incoming Webhook:
    • Go to Slack Apps and create a new app (or use an existing one).
    • Enable "Incoming Webhooks".
    • Click "Add New Webhook to Workspace" and select the desired channel.
    • Copy the Webhook URL (starts with https://hooks.slack.com/...).
  2. Configure in Uptimeify:
    • Create a new notification channel of type "Slack".
    • Paste the Webhook URL.

Features

  • Rich Formatting: Messages use Slack Blocks for a clear layout.
  • Status Colors: Red bars for Down, Green for Recovery.
  • Mentions: You can add @channel or @here in the settings to ping the team.
