Email Integration

Email integration is the default channel for notifications. You receive detailed HTML emails with all relevant information about incidents.

Setup

Email integration is available by default. You only need to provide a valid email address as a target.

Our email notifications are designed to give you all necessary information immediately:

Subject: Clear status indicator (e.g., [DOWN] Wiki is unreachable).
Summary: Key facts at a glance (Website, Status, Time).
Error Details: Technical details about the error (Status Code, Error Message).
Diagnostics: Traceroute and DNS information (if available).
Screenshot: An image of the website at the time of the error.
Action Buttons: Links to the dashboard or to acknowledge the alert.

We use Postmark as our email provider to ensure an extremely high delivery rate and speed. Emails are typically delivered within seconds.
