How often does Uptimeify check your sites?
You set the check interval per monitor, from 1 minute to 24 hours,
depending on plan and SLA. Tight intervals catch outages in near real
time, wider ones save resources on non-critical sites, and every check

Can you monitor authenticated APIs and real user flows?
Yes. You define the HTTP method, custom headers, and request body
freely, including an Authorization header or basic auth, stored
